Welcome to GuaranSure Enterprises. By using our platform as a seller, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the platform and outline your responsibilities when listing, promoting, and selling products through GuaranSure Enterprises.
1. Seller Account
- Eligibility: To sell on GuaranSure Enterprises, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
- Account Information: Sellers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account. This includes your name, location, contact details, and payment information. Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
2. Listing Products
- Permitted Products: Sellers may list electronics, automobiles, and other non-edible items that comply with the platform’s guidelines. Sellers are prohibited from listing illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Product Descriptions: All products must be accurately described. Sellers should provide clear and complete details, including condition, specifications, and images. Misleading or inaccurate descriptions are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Listings: Sellers are not allowed to list stolen items, or products that violate intellectual property rights. Any such listings may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the seller's account.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Setting Prices: Sellers are responsible for setting fair and reasonable prices for their products. Prices must include all applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Terms: All payments are processed through GuaranSure Enterprises' escrow system. Sellers will receive payment 48 hours after the buyer confirms receipt of the product, provided no refund request is made within this period. Sellers are not entitled to payment until the buyer’s confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Timely Shipping: Sellers must ship all products within 72 hours of purchase unless an alternative agreement has been made with the buyer. Sellers are also required to provide tracking information when available.
- Shipping Costs: Any shipping fees should be clearly stated during negotiations between buyer and seller. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping charges.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once the product is delivered, the buyer has 48 hours to confirm receipt and satisfaction. If no confirmation is made within this period, the transaction will be considered completed. For unconfirmed deliveries, after 72 hours (or 6 days from purchase), the payment will be automatically released to the seller.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Refunds: If a return is accepted, the seller must promptly process the refund in accordance with GuaranSure Enterprises policy. GuaranSure Enterprises may hold payments until a return is resolved.
6. Communication with Buyers
- Professional Conduct: Sellers are expected to communicate with buyers in a courteous and professional manner. Prompt responses to buyer inquiries, concerns, and issues are essential to maintaining a positive selling experience.
- Resolving Issues: If a buyer is dissatisfied with a product, the seller is responsible for working directly with the buyer to resolve the issue. Sellers must make a good faith effort to address complaints regarding product quality, damage, or discrepancies.
7. Fees and Commissions
- Platform Fees: GuaranSure Enterprises charges a 5% service fee on successful transactions. This fee is automatically deducted before the seller receives their payout.
- Changes in Fees: GuaranSure Enterprises reserves the right to adjust its fee structure when necessary. Any updates will be communicated to sellers in advance.
8. Prohibited Activities
- False Information: Sellers must not provide false or misleading information in their listings, product descriptions, or communications with buyers.
- Fraudulent Behavior: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including the sale of counterfeit goods, misrepresentation, or failing to deliver items, will result in immediate suspension or termination of the seller's account.
- Multiple Accounts: Sellers are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to manipulate the platform, reviews, or other features.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Buyer Disputes: In the event of a dispute between the buyer and seller, GuaranSure Enterprises provides a mediation process to assist in resolving the issue. Sellers are required to cooperate with GuaranSure Enterprises during the dispute resolution process.
- Escalation: If a resolution cannot be reached, GuaranSure Enterprises reserves the right to make a final decision regarding the release of funds.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
- Violation of Terms: Sellers who violate any of these terms, including but not limited to listing prohibited items, engaging in fraudulent activities, or failing to comply with the platform’s policies, may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.
- Account Review: GuaranSure Enterprises reserves the right to review seller accounts periodically to ensure compliance with these terms. Sellers may be asked to provide additional documentation or verification if needed.
11. Limitation of Liability
GuaranSure Enterprises is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes that arise from transactions between buyers and sellers. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold GuaranSure Enterprises harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from their use of the platform.
12. Amendments to Terms
GuaranSure Enterprises reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes and will be required to accept the updated terms to continue using the platform.
